Test fast bowler Brett Lee is no longer Australian sport's most eligible bachelor after a romantic wedding proposal he has kept a secret while on tour in South Africa.
Lee, 29, popped the question to Sydney podiatrist Liz Kemp before joining the exclusive 200 Test wicket club in his 51st Test against South Africa, which finished early this morning.
Only the couple's family, close friends and Lee's Test teammates had been told of the engagement, which they had managed to keep secret for nearly a week.
The blond duo have been inseparable on tour and returned to the team's beachfront hotel hand-in-hand before the Test's final day.
Ms Kemp was yesterday flashing a stunning engagement ring which Lee is believed to have had made while on tour using a South African diamond.
