Almost two months out from the Ashes series, paceman Brett Lee has a problem, but, it is not a bad one to have. His first baby is due on November 22 - the day before the first test at the Gabba. He said he would love to be in two places at once.

"The birth of our first child, and we've got the Ashes and we've got the world cup coming up - it is going be a pretty big summer I think," Lee said.

"Liz has been brilliant.

"She said straight away that I was playing cricket - she knows how much it means to Australia and how much it means to me to play in the Ashes."

After seven years of international cricket, Brett Lee said his marriage to his wife Liz has changed his life.

"Come 6 o'clock now, had a great day or had a bad day, I can go home knowing it doesn't matter what's happened you've still got that love," Lee said.

Twelve months ago, he would have told you getting his baggy green was the best day of his life - all that changed on June 3.

"Standing at the top of the aisle, watching Liz walk down was brilliant," he said.

"That has been the most special day of my life and it's good having that balance right now."

But for now, Lee is in a training camp ahead of the team's next series of one day matches.

The Australian squad flies to Malaysia on Saturday.
