Brett Lee, Australia's own darling of cricket revealed his forte lies not only in cricket, but in fashion and music as well.

Lee's flair for fashion, a rare quality for a 25-year-old pace man, debuted in his early days while working for Barclays Men's Wear in Sydney.

Lee's ability to combine colour and fabric to produce co-ordinates which take men from day to night has made the Brett Lee Label a success.

Women may have to wait a while until the Brett Lee Label is ready to take on the competitive women's wear market.

He said he would like to see his label in Queensland department stores such as Myer/Grace Bros. Meanwhile customers can access the Brett Lee Label via its website.

Lee has already been partly responsible for improving the dress sense of the other guys in the team.

"I've noticed that the guys in the cricket team are a lot better dressed than what they were 10 years ago, a lot more fashion conscious.

"They've [cricket team] all been in the shop and grabbed stuff," he said.

"If you can make a person walk out of your shop feeling that they are ready to go out, and they're feeling nice about themselves…then you have basically done your job," Lee said.

Lee, the man of many talents also played bass guitar in a band called 'Six and Out.'

It consists of five cricket players; Lee, his brother Shane, Gavin Robinson, Richard Chiefly and Brad McNamara.

"I've always wanted to be in a band, so I thought, 'What's the way I could get in this band?'

"So I looked around and found they didn't have a bass player," he said.

"That afternoon, I went and bought myself a bass guitar, had no idea how to play and said, 'Here you are boys, here's your bass player'," Lee said.

'Six and Out' have toured Cairns, Perth and played at a number of clubs in Sydney.

Lee said they have been approached to play at a few venues in Brisbane in the off-season.

However Lee values his family over cricket, fashion and music and would sacrifice everything for them.
