| The spate of attacks on Indians living in Melbourne has saddened Australian pacer Brett Lee, who says people from India would always be welcome Down Under in spite of the recent happenings. “I just want to make it very clear to the Indian public that we as Australians love India the country but also love the Indian students and Indian people in general coming out to Australia and to let them know that they are so welcome,” Lee said. | Brett Lee is reluctant to commit on his availability for the IPL as he wants to make sure he recovers completely from the elbow injury to his bowling hand, which he sustained during the ODI series in India last November. "I am not going to be making any statement if I will be ready or not," Lee told Cricinfo from Sydney. William pitched a ball to the former international famed for his explosive batting when the pair met on a village cricket green in Australia. In a moment that Ashes fans would have savoured, the Prince took a yellow tennis ball and bowled to the opening batsman but it was dealt with easily by Hayden. | Recuperating paceman Brett Lee is hoping to return to the national team for the World Twenty20 championship in the West Indies in May. The 33-year-old former Test spearhead says last month's elbow surgery has proved the most painful of his many operations. "It has been a 16-week injury with ligament damage. | Recuperating from the "most painful" surgery of his career, Australia's injury-ravaged pacer Brett Lee says he will take a call on his future in the next 10 to 12 weeks.
