Meeting Brett... Yet Again

Okay so here it goes... last week my friend called and told me she had good news and bad news. She told me that lee was coming to Delhi for a Timex event but we had a test in school on the same day!!... So then I just hoped that the test would be on Monday and not Tuesday... and that's exactly what happened... so today I went to meet him! My best friends mother is in event management and she was organizing this event just like she did last time. We couldn't miss school so we went after school. The event was over and he was having lunch in the coffee shop. I felt really bad about annoying him while he was having lunch but what the hell this was one opportunity I wasn't going to give up. So my friend, a lady who worked with my friends mom and I walked upto his table where he was sitting with Neil (his manager).He shook our hands and asked us whether we'd just come back from school since we were in our school uniform and asked us whether we were studying hard. Then he asked us to sit down with him at the same table!!... So then he asked us what we wanted to be when we grew up and how many school years we had left... we said 3 and I told him I wanted to be a lawyer... he said best of luck with that... then I said, "Congrats you know for your engagement with Liz, are you actually engaged to her??" he smiled and said, "Yup, we're getting married a month from tomorrow. Then I asked him when he was leaving and he went all tonight and I made this really sad puppy dogface and he just smiled at me.

Then the lady (who works with my friends mom) came over and told Brett that we wanted to click a photo with him so he stood up and we clicked a photo. Then I asked him whether I could hug him and he smiled and said yeah sure so then we hugged!!... Ahhh!!!... then we were just sitting at the table and Neil's really sweet. This man( I think he organizes holidays) was telling Brett how he should go to the Himalayas for a holiday and stuff and lee went all yeah I have your card now I'll get in touch with you next time I'm here.

Then we didn't want to stick around and pile on so we left. Before leaving Neil told me I'd make a great lawyer and lee went all yeah for all the good reasons and the bad ones... He wished us all the best with our life and told us he'd see us next year!!... Then he waved and said bye.
